Our Story

Ashish's Story: Like many from India and Asia, I began my career in IT because it offered stability and growth when other paths didn’t. Early on, no one asked what I was passionate about; success was defined by financial security. Over the years, I worked across geographies, creating innovative solutions and advancing up the corporate ladder. Yet, despite outward success, I felt something was missing.

Through deep reflection and coaching, I realized my true passion was in helping people. The moments I found most fulfilling were when I mentored others, sharing knowledge and empowering them with skills. This shift transformed my perspective. Now, I find joy not in what I can achieve alone, but in how I can help others succeed. That’s where I discovered my true purpose.
